Book & fill in health questionnaire

Choose a time that suits you, complete the health questionnaire about your current health status and upload your ID, driving license and payment confirmation (screenshot of Swish payment, Swish to 123 367 1294 Mirage System AB).

Video consultation

Meet the doctor via video for the medical assessment. This is not mandatory – sometimes a video meeting is not needed, your information and questionnaire answers are sufficient. You will receive an SMS notification about this.

Certificate sent digitally

The medical certificate is sent electronically directly to the Swedish Transport Agency.

Important: You need to book a vision test with an optician yourself. The optician also sends the vision certificate electronically directly to the Swedish Transport Agency.
